Riga Beach Hostel supports Go Blonde charity initiative

At the end of May, under the cheery banner “Make the World a Brighter Place”, 2,000 or so blondes strutted their stuff through Riga, the capital of Latvia www.rigatourism.lv.

The parade marked the apotheosis of a “Go Blonde” weekend designed to raise money for charity – building a children playing grounds www.goblonde.lv/lat .
I have been reading up on blonde theory, care of the Latvian “Go Blonde” campaign, which instructs: “To keep my hair blonde, my skirt short, my legs long and my eyes blue — like radical fighting weapon. To don’t strain my mind, so my hair won’t get black. To wear my sunglasses on my forehead, so I don’t feel darkness and fear.”
